Bloody Mary Crock Pot Chicken

This is a super easy and heathy (yet yummy!) recipe. I hope you'll give it a try. Despite how it sounds, it's really not very "tomato-y" tasting. Even my kids like this.

Chicken breasts (up to four)
1 can cream of something soup (I usually use cream of celery or mushroom)
1 cup V-8 juice (I just use a whole can of V8)
3 cloves garlic-minced
dash celery seeds
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 dashes Tabasco
Diced celery (I have added carrots as well)
**Adjust the seasonings to your personal preference.

Combine ingredients in crockpot. Add chicken and cook on low all day. Serve over rice.

This is on my list to try! Sounds great! Of course I will add more tabasco :)

This does sound yummy! I might stick the 4 dashes of Tabasco, lol...I'm not as 'spicy' as Jayne! :D
