Parmesan Pancetta Pasta

I just made this one up last week......so good. Even the kids loved it.

Ingredients:
2 - 6 ounce packages of pancetta, cut up into small pieces
2 Tbsp butter
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup yogurt
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. to 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 box pasta of choice (I used bow ties) cooked as directed

Cook minced garlic in butter and add pancetta cook for 5 minutes, add chicken broth and yogurt - mix well - don't boil or yogurt will curdle. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta. Mix in Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
