Shimmery Ribbon
Want to add a little shimmer to your ribbon - here is a neat way to do just that.
Add some pearl ex powders to your white acrylic paint.
Stir well
Paint it onto your ribbon - I used my finger to really work it in.
There you have it - shimmery ribbon!
