Do you like to walk? Do you walk on a regular basis - if I am "On Track" for my week I like to walk 3 times per week. My husband and I just started keeping track of our daily steps with the help of a pedometer. Thanks to his company - we are feeling inspired to actually log those steps - and to actually try to get at least 10,000 steps a day.
